Data Scientist
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team in developing AI-powered solutions for complex real-world use cases, innovative projects and cutting-edge explorations. This role involves transforming big amount of data and content into actionable insights to power AI agents to significantly simplify the job of the IT and Marketing people in developing and maintaining web sites based on our CMS Sitefinity.

In this role you will:
- Work with AI models and agents
- Create and orchestrate AI agents
- Prompt Engineering
- Evaluate performance and quality of produced results
- Build and maintain RAG workflows
- Process and analyze large datasets ensuring high-quality input for embedding and fine-tuning AI models.
- Deploy and operate AI systems in а Cloud environment
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools and breakthroughs, ensuring integrating relevant advancements to drive innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product managers, legal, etc.) to ensure the alignment of AI-driven solutions with strategic business objectives.
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with classical ML algorithms and generative models
- Experience with Python, JavaScript or other programing languages
- Experience with Big Data/Distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms
- Knowledge in the Data Science field (data preparation, exploration, visualization, modeling, validation, experimentation, etc.)
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks
- Experience with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma), TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain or other tools
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure
- Expertise in specialized areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Stellar communication skills in English
